It’s the best real estate appraisal app yet.

YOUR REPORTS IN THE CLOUD

Starting, editing, and sharing your reports between your Android device and desktop is easier than ever before. Whether you start your appraisal reports in TOTAL 2013 or from your Android device, the new design gives you instant access to your files from the cloud. And, the updated syncing process makes it easy to choose which files to send on your schedule, instead of sending everything at once.

FORMFILLING

Your QuickLists sync too, so you’ll fly through data gathering by simply tapping to fill in your canned comments instead of typing.

PHOTOS

With TOTAL for Android’s new photo tools, add as many subject photos as you want. Then, the correct photo forms are automatically added to your report in TOTAL 2013 when you sync. No more juggling extra devices or extra work organizing and relabeling the photos yourself. TOTAL for Android does all the work for you.

SKETCHING

Creating detailed sketches is as simple as swiping and tapping with your fingertips. Quickly define lengths, angles, arcs, and areas. Pinch to zoom and pan across the screen. And tap to drop symbols and labels in place so your sketches look complete and professional. Or, you can easily draw your sketch by sending measurements from your Bluetooth-enabled DISTO laser measuring device.

MUCH MORE…

Create audio recordings, notes, and freehand drawings on the fly. They’re added to TOTAL 2013’s Spectrum Workfile when you sync. TOTAL for Android also takes advantage of your device’s GPS to create precise maps and give you turn-by-turn directions -- extremely helpful for navigating to your subject and comps.
With TOTAL 2013 on your desktop and TOTAL for Android in the field, you’ll go paperless. Best of all, it’s absolutely free. Download it today.

ClickCard*, the business card apk Free

ClickCard*, the business card apk
ClickCard*, the business card apk

Current Version : 1.2
Requires Android : 2.2 and up
Category : Business
Size : 126k

ClickCard*, the business card apk Description

Impress your contacts with your ClickCard*. ClickCard* is a new type of business card. A “click” or “tap” on the ClickCard* opens the phone dialler, E-mail, Google Maps, your Website, LinkedIn, Facebook or Twitter. Your personal ClickCard* is easy to create and looks great. Mail the ClickCard* to your contacts and they can also “click” or “tap” on your business card (when they are using Android phone/tablet, iPhones/iPad, Mac, Windows PC or Linux PC).

ClickCard* can also mail your personal data as a so called ”VCard 3.0”. This “VCard 3.0” can easily be imported in the Contacts/People app or Address book of almost all smart phones and PC’s.

You can also send your business card as picture. In this way contacts with smart phones, that do not support ClickCard*, can still view your business card.

ClickCard* has a lot of input possibilities. Just enter the fields that YOU need and you are ready to use the card. The input options of ClickCard* are:
-> Enter name, function, company name, address with 2 ZIP-codes, telephone, fax, mobile, E-mail address.
-> Enter links to your social media: Web-site, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter.
-> Select 1 of the 5 different lay-outs.
-> Select your photo from your Gallery. Select the size of the photo .
-> Either use a background picture from your Gallery or 1 of the 5 default background pictures, one for each lay-out.
-> Set the transparency of the background from 0% up to 99% with a slider.

Some advantages of ClickCard* compared to paper business cards:
-> ClickCard* saves the forest.
-> ClickCard* is more flexible, change whenever you want.
-> ClickCard* is "clickable".
-> ClickCard* is probably less expensive.

Just try it!

Privacy policy:
Internet access is needed to mail to the mail-addresses (specified by you) and to follow the links to your social media, your Website and your address in Google Maps.
The ClickCard* application reads/writes information in folder /sdcard/clickcard of your SDCard.

Restrictions:
-> The photo is not included in the “VCard”, because a lot of applications would reject that a “VCard” with photo.
-> Clicking on a phone number does not work on a PC, because a phone is not present on a PC.
-> ClickCard* is not recommended when you use a large screen (let's say larger resolution than 1300x800 pixels, high resolution tablets). In that case the ClickCard* becomes simply too large for your contacts.
