The Samsung Push service provides the notification service only for Samsung services(ex : ChatON, Samsung Apps) on Samsung devices.
For example, You can see the new ChatON messages through the pop up window on the device home and the new message count is displayed in ChatON.
If you delete the Samsung push service, you may not receive the new notification messages.
