Learn or improve your morse code in a short amount of time. The Koch method is designed to teach you morse at full speed. There's no need to learn at slow speeds then re-learn all the characters again once you increase your wpm.
If you wish to start off slow or simply wish to pass your 5 wpm morse exam, this app has adjustable speeds.
KMT uses Farnsworth timings like the ARRL use for their transmissions and practice tapes. You can increase the gap between characters so you still learn them at full speed but not feel overwhelmed by the frequency they are sent.
KMT generates its morse in real-time and has a small footprint on your device.

* Character & word speeds: 5 wpm, 7.5 wpm, 10 wpm, 13 wpm, 15 wpm, 18 wpm, 20 wpm, 25 wpm, 35 wpm, 40 wpm, 45 wpm, 50 wpm. The same speeds the ARRL use for their transmissions (up to 40 wpm). Both are adjustable on-the-fly.
* Five modes: random, 100 common words, 1000 common words, QSO (includes prosigns), custom text (which also allows you to input & practice prosigns)
* Character setup option screen to include/exclude characters, such as punctuation, prosigns and non-english characters.
* Adjustable group size with option to fix size in random mode.
* Adjustable pre-session delay and session time (1 minute to 30 minutes).
* Adjustable tone frequency (300Hz - 2000Hz).
* Background noise (QRM) simulator (3 levels).
* Favour recent characters option for those new characters so they are played more often.
* Display character before or after it's sent.
* Miscellaneous options include: Uppercase mode, Reverse timer, Keep screen on, and pause.
KMT Pro v1.11 features an experimental feature called "Say It" which will say the latest character followed by the morse. Letters/numbers are only supported at present.
KMT supports all screens and orientations. It's been tested on HTC Wildfire, Asus Nexus 7, Asus Transformer TF101, and all other android versions in emulator (2.1+). This app is tablet friendly.
KMT accesses your phone state to observe if an incoming or outgoing call is in progress so it can pause itself. Other morse trainers would continue sending! Play is automatically resumed afterwards.
